Troubleshooting: When Products aren't Showing up on the Portal
If you have have a product that you isn't showing up on a portal (either for any portal a certain customer that the product is exclusive to) it is because of a setting in one of many places.
You will want to review the settings for Available on Portal as well as Exclusive settings in the following places:
- Product: it is always best to start here to see if the product is:
- available on the portal and/or
- if it is exclusive.
- Bag settings: Even if the bag variant is active on the product, the global settings for the bag will determine if and for whom it will be visible for on the portal. Review:
- available on the portal and/or
- if it is exclusive.
- Grind settings: Even if the grind variant is active in the product, the global settings for the Grind will determine if and for whom it will be visible for on the portal. Review:
- available on the portal and/or
- if it is exclusive.
- Product Group: If a product is only assigned to one product group and that group has custom settings enabled it will affect who sees what on the portal. Review:
- available on the portal and/or
- if it is exclusive.
