How to Make Product Ingredients Inactive

Once an ingredient like a Green Coffee, Blend or a Roast has been used in a recipe like a Product, it can't be deleted.  Instead, you can make it inactive.  

How to Make an Ingredient Inactive

  1. Click to edit the item
  2. At the top of the page, there will be a checkbox that says Active?  Uncheck that checkbox to make it inactive: 
  3. Click Update to save the change
