Order Page: Sort Orders Using Filters

The filter bar on your Orders page lets you narrow down your order list to find exactly what you’re looking for. You can use Quick Views for common searches or build your own custom filters across nine categories.

Getting Started

The filter bar sits at the top of your Orders page, right next to the customer search bar.

  1. Navigate to your Orders page.
  2. Click “+ Add Filter” to open the filter panel.
  3. Choose from the filter categories on the left side bar that you'd like to create a filter
  4. Select or enter your filter criteria.
  5. Click Apply to filter your orders.

Your active filters appear as teal badges above the order list. Click the X on any badge to remove that filter, or click Reset to clear all filters at once.

Combining Filters

You can apply multiple filters at the same time to narrow your results. For example, you might filter to Wholesale orders that haven’t been sent an invoice email and have a balance due over $100.

Each active filter shows as a separate badge. Filters are combined using “AND” logic — orders must match all active filters to appear in your results.

Filters Work Within Tabs

Filters apply within whichever tab you’re currently viewing (Pending, Ready, Scheduled, Shipped, etc.). Switching tabs keeps your active filters but shows only orders in that tab’s status.

Bookmarking Filtered Views

Your filters are saved in the page URL. If you have a common combination of filters you like to use, you you can bookmark the URL or share it with a teammate to load the same filtered view.

Common Workflows

Batch-send invoice emails

  1. Go to the Shipped tab on your Orders page.
  2. Click “+ Add Filter” → Quick Views → Invoice Email Not Sent.
  3. Select the orders you want to invoice (or use Select All).
  4. Click Batch Actions → Email Invoice.
  5. The Invoice Sent column updates with a checkmark for each emailed order.

Find orders not synced to accounting

  1. Click “+ Add Filter” → Quick Views → Order Not Synced to Accounting.
  2. Review the orders that appear and take action (re-sync, check for errors, etc.).

Troubleshooting

My filter returns no results. Check the Tab you're viewing.  Click on different tabs to see results.  Double-check that the combination of filters and the current tab aren’t too narrow. Try removing one filter at a time to see which one is excluding all results.

The “Invoice Sent: No” filter doesn’t show older orders. Invoice email tracking started after a certain date on your account. Orders created before tracking was enabled aren’t included in this filter.
