Insights: Production Summary Report

The Production Summary Report  is a powerful report export that contains 9 reports:

1. Summary - This gives you a totals in these four categories
   1. Green Coffee
   2. Roasted Coffee
   3. Orders
   4. Revenue
2. Customers Report - gives you details on orders, revenue, profit margin, and ordering source grouped by customer. All products ordered by customers (coffee and non coffee) are included in this report.
3. Green Report - NOTE: this report is for users who are using our old version - productions runs
4. Green Operations - (this report is for users using operations). This captures the coffee produced during the time frame, not when the order was created or completed (it is close to that time frame depending on operations though). The green cogs are also when the roast tasks are completed.
5. Roast Report this report is for users who are using productions runs
6. Roasts Operations - this report is for users using the current app version -> operations
7. Grind Report -
8. Coffee Product Report
   1. Lists the quantity of coffee products sold separated by bag size.  (Tip: use this report to see how many bags you've gone through in a certain period)
   2. This only includes coffee products not other non coffee products
9. Other Products - Lists the quantity ordered, total revenue and average price

Report Date References for Production Summary Reports

Each report refers to a Date Range.

Production Summary Reports are based on the Fulfilled Date of orders (note that the fulfilled date is not listed on the order)

How to Find the Fulfilled Date Inside RoasterTools

The fulfilled date is not listed on the invoice, in order to confirm the fulfilled date inside RT follow these steps:

On the Fulfill page you can filter by dates to see what orders are fulfilled those dates.

On the Advanced Order Export you can see the Fulfilled Status and the Order Status (but doesn't state the exact fulfilled date)

Weekly Insights Email

These insights are taken from the Production Summary Report and sent to you recapping every week and at the end of every month.

To turn this on go to: User Name > Profile > Notifications > Toggle on Insight Notification.

FAQs:

Q: Can I track how many bags we've used ( Bag Inventory Tracking)?

While we don't currently track bag invenotry, you can use the Coffee Product Report to easily see sales listed by bag size.
