How to bulk import/export Customers, Products, and Contacts in RT
You can download all of your contacts, customers, and products via our internal CSV download tool.
In order to access it, you will need to go to your Name in the top right corner > Settings > Import & Export:
In this section you can download the CSV file format to your products, customers or contacts, the first step is to download the file.
Important note: If you are just starting to upload products, you will have a blank format to fill, this is the format that is mandatory for the bulk update.
In the file you will see an * icon in the columns that information is needed to have a successful upload.
If you already have customers in your account and you want to do a second bulk upload, you will find your existing customers in the CSV file that you downloaded, in order to add new customers, you need to leave the ID column blank.
Once you have downloaded the file, you will be able to fill in all the new information that is going to be uploaded in bulk.
A good thing worth mentioning about this tool is that you will need to open the downloaded CSV file into Google Sheets to be able to update/modify the information on it.
Once finished, you need to export this Google sheet doc into a CSV file to be re-uploaded.
Once you re-upload your file, you will receive an email with the confirmation on each product, if you have any errors or unaccepted characters in your file, you will see them in this email as well, just as in this example:
