Once you have completing all the necessary tasks to create inventory, you can now Fulfill your orders. Fulfilling orders is the action you take when you are actively gathering the components of an order into one place. To navigate to Fulfill, select the Fulfill Items box on your Today's Checklist or navigate to Fulfill from the drop down menu in Operations.

How to Fulfill Orders

To fulfill orders, you will check off the individual items in each order as you gather them together. Once you have gathered each component of the order and selected the appropriate check boxes, your order in now considered Fulfilled.

Fulfilling orders uses up the inventory you have created previously. For example, if you have a positive inventory of 10 bags of Whole Bean Medium Blend, Fulfill will pull from that inventory prior to creating demand for more inventory to be roasted. Likewise, if certain items do not require roasting, such as dry goods or retail items, they will simply appear in Fulfill and not any previous task categories.
