How to Count Inventory

From this page you can easily update your inventory. There are a number of filters that you can use to narrow your selection.

To update an inventory count, you can either enter the new amount and hit enter on your keyboard or enter the new amounts and select Update Inventory Count at the bottom of the page.

How to Create and Review Inventory Counts

Inventory Counts allows you to filter through your inventory and mass update all inventory. Creating an official Inventory Count not only updates the inventory but also creates a record of that inventory count. This means that you can review past inventory counts as needed.

To access Inventory Counts navigate to Inventory > Inventory Counts. From here you can view past inventory counts and create new inventory counts.

Additionally, you can access Inventory Counts from the Operations Dashboard. On the left side of the dashboard, you can select Review Inventory to create a new Inventory Count.

Once you have created a new Inventory Count, there are a number of filters available. These filters will allow you to narrow your search results to the desired products you wish to count inventory for.

After selecting the items you wish to count inventory for, be sure to add selected items to your inventory count. Then select Perform Count.

Perform the inventory count and select Save Count to save your progress. When you have completed the count, select Complete Count. The next page will allow you to review your count before selecting Process Count.
