How to track Leads in RoasterTools

RoasterTools now has a wonderful new feature to help you add more wholesale customers. This feature is designed to help you generate leads, track their progress, and convert them into active customers. 

Here's how it works

With the lead feature active, your wholesale portal will feature a new lead form on the Wholesale Portal sign in page. Using this form, potential customers will be able to contact you directly and express their interest in becoming a wholesale customer. 

Once a lead fills out this form, a new deal will automatically be created in the RoasterTools deals page. You can access this page from the Sales menu.

From the deals page, you can then begin to move and track that deal in 4 stages - Open, In Contact, In Progress, and Won/Lost.

After you have successfully contacted this new lead and Won the deal, you can mark the deal as Won to close it. This will automatically turn the lead into a new RoasterTools customer.
