How to send automatic outreach emails to your customers

You can automate the weekly outreach process by enabling a weekly email to be sent to your customers from your company to their 'main' email address.  These emails will include a link to order on your wholesale portal.  

If you don't have the customer enabled to place an order on your wholesale portal, then they will see a page displaying your contact information to place their order.

Steps to enable the outreach email for a particular customer:

  1. Click "Customers" menu, select "Customers" sub-menu item
  2. Scroll to Company Information
  3. Check off the "Send prompt email" option.  You'll be forced to save a default delivery and payment methods before the "Send prompt email" option will save.  

Your automated email will be sent out on Sunday morning to the main "Email" address above.
