Selectable Delivery Method on Wholesale Portal

RoasterTools now gives your customers the ability to select their shipping method when creating orders in the Wholesale Portal. If you would like to enable this feature for your customers, please follow the steps below. 

Note: As of now, this only works for customers who use Local Delivery Methods.

  1. Edit a customer (Sales > Customer > Edit)
  2. Scroll down to 'Delivery Methods' and add a default delivery method if one isn't already available.  Save the changes (if necessary). 
  3. If the default delivery method is set as a 'local method,' either one that is 'Hand Delivered' or 'Pick up' in the settings: https://app.roastertools.com/account/edit, then you'll see a new section after saving.
  4. You can choose from among the available local delivery methods for a customer.  Its default delivery method is automatically available.  You can add one or more additional local delivery methods: 
  5. Your customer will then see an edit icon next to their delivery method inside the portal, allowing them to select from all of the available delivery methods via a pop up window.
