How to create a pre-blend

Pre-Blends are green coffees that you blend before roasting. If you would like to learn more about post-roast blends check out this article.

To create a new Pre-Blend just follow these steps.

  1. Open the Products menu at the top of your screen.
  2. Select the Pre-Blend tab.
  3. Click the “New Pre-Blend” button
  4. Select the green coffees you would like to combine and their percentages

Note: If you would like to label your pre-blend with certain tags, like organic or fair trade, you will need to make sure that all the green coffees you are using in your pre-blend match that criteria. If one of the green coffees does not match the proper criteria, RoasterTools will not label the product with the label you may want.
