Email Template to Tell Your Customers about the Portal and Payments

When you're ready to begin using RoasterTools, a key step is to prepare your customers for the changes in ordering and payments that are coming up.  

We've drafted some email templates you can use as a starting point to communicate with your customers.  Use them as the starting point to make it your own!

Example Email Template to Send to your customers

Subject: A New Wholesale Ordering and Payment Portal is Here

Hi {name},

We're excited to let you know that we've set up a new wholesale ordering portal to make placing orders easier and more convenient for you.  This portal also will be a place to manage your payments and view invoices.

What's new?

You'll have your own online portal where you can:

  • Browse products and place wholesale orders anytime
  • View and pay invoices
  • Update payment methods

What do I need to do?

You'll receive a link from us to access your new ordering portal. From there, you can set up your account, add a payment method, and start placing orders.

Update Your Payment Method (optional if you have required payment enabled)

You'll be prompted to update your payment method when placing the oder.  If you have terms with us, you won't be charged until your terms date.  It is really quick and easy to get setup.

When?

Your portal will be live on XX/XX/XX. We'll send your invite to login before then.
