RoasterPay: Setting Up Your ACH Connection

Note: This article is written for customers of the Roastery

You can quickly connect your businesses bank account to your Coffee Provider's so you can pay invoices via ACH.

Your provider will either send you a link with a request to update the payment information (see the image below), or if you've already been invited to the ordering portal, you can update your payment method there.

You will walk through steps to prompt you to connect your checking account through Plaid banking, a secure and encrypted banking partner.

To connect a business's bank account you will follow the prompts. A few things to note:

⚠️ The person completing the connection needs to have login access to the business bank account

🤝 If you do not have access you can share the link with the correct person


  1. When at the login screen, we recommend choosing "Continue as a Guest"

  2. The user will be logging in to verify their account and allow access to make payments via ACH

  1. The phone number (if one is used) should be the mobile number connected to the business and that you can receive texts for verification
  2. At the end after your account is connected, a window will pop up but you do not need to take action. You can either close the box or select "Finish without Saving" if you don't want to create a Plaid account
