How to enable customers to receive recurring order now emails

Steps to enable customers to receive weekly "Order Now!" emails that contain links to login into the wholesale portal.

  1. Click "Customers" menu, select "Customers" sub-menu item
  2. Scroll to Company Information
  3. Check off the "Send prompt email" option.  You'll be forced to save a default delivery and payment methods before the "Send prompt email" option will save.  

  4. Your automated email will be sent out on Sunday morning to the main "Email" address above
