How to Enable Customers to Receive Sunday Order Reminder Emails

In this article we will cover the steps to enable customers to receive weekly "Order Now!" emails on Sunday that contain magic links to login into the wholesale portal.

  1. Go to > Sales > Customers
  2. Select Edit next to customer name
  3. Check off the "Send Reminder Email on Sundays" option.  

Important: In order to turn on this email reminder the customer will need to have a saved default delivery and payment method.

The automated email will be sent out on Sunday morning to the primary contact listed for the customer. If you’d like to send it manually instead (or resend it), you can do that anytime by going to the customer’s Order History page and clicking to send the reminder email button.
