Download a blank CSV template file from your Account Settings
- Visit https://app.roastertools.com/account/edit
- Scroll down to "Bulk Customer Update"
- Click "Download CSV" to download the blank CSV template
Copy and Paste Customers into CSV template
- Complete each of the required columns (marked by an * next to the name), with each customer on a separate line.
- If you already have customers stored somewhere else (like an accounting application) that you'd like to upload, you can download an Excel or CSV file of your customers and copy/paste to the RoasterTools version.
Upload completed CSV
- Once complete, return to Account Settings page (https://app.roastertools.com/account/edit)
- Scroll back down to "Bulk Customer Update" section
- Click "Upload CSV"
- You will receive a confirmation email detailing whether your upload was successful
