Download a blank CSV template file from your Account SettingsĀ 

  1. Visit https://app.roastertools.com/account/edit
  2. Scroll down to "Bulk Customer Update"
  3. Click "Download CSV" to download the blank CSV template

Copy and Paste Customers into CSV template

  1. Complete each of the required columns (marked by an * next to the name), with each customer on a separate line.
  2. If you already have customers stored somewhere else (like an accounting application) that you'd like to upload, you can download an Excel or CSV file of your customers and copy/paste to the RoasterTools version.

Upload completed CSVĀ 

  1. Once complete, return to Account Settings page (https://app.roastertools.com/account/edit)
  2. Scroll back down to "Bulk Customer Update" section
  3. Click "Upload CSV"
  4. You will receive a confirmation email detailing whether your upload was successful
